Processing your order, preparing the package and delivering it to you requires 15 days on average and in total. Our team strives to offer fast delivery without compromising the quality of the product.
We have two main warehouses, one inside the US and one located in China. Your order will be shipped either from the US or China, depending on product availability and customer location. In any case, the shipping method used from overseas is express, so the shipping time remains between 15-20 days on average.
Please be aware that as we offer worldwide shipping, depending on the location of the customer the real shipping time could be a few days less or more than what is advertised.
We deliver free of charge worldwide. Our standard shipping time is 15 days, but if you need express shipping please send us an email to get a quote.
If your order contains more than one product, it is possible that some items were shipped separately. Don't worry, your order will arrive shortly. If you need any information or have any question, just send us an email and our support ambassadors will be in touch.

Yes, as long as your order is not "in progress". If you made a mistake, either send us an email or a message on the live chat so that we can quickly make the alteration.
It is possible to cancel your order as long as it has not shipped! If the order is already in progress, the cancellation fee can be up to 60% of the purchase price. Please refer to our refund policy for more information on the matter.

We can only accept free returns in the case of a proven manufacturing defect.
Our products are checked by our quality control department before each shipment. However, if your products have a manufacturing defect, please send us a photo of the product in question (in its original packaging if possible). You can email us at contact@zelda-merchandise.com, along with your order number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
Standard returns are subject to a return fee. Feel free to email us and we will do our best to fit your needs, depending on each case. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.
