Processing your order, preparing the package and delivering it to you requires 15 days on average and in total. 

Shipping is free of charge worldwide, but we can only accept free returns in the case of a proven manufacturing defect. Standard returns are subject to a return fee. Check our whole FAQ for more information. 

We have two main warehouses, one inside the US and one located in China. Your order will be shipped either from the US or China, depending on product availability and customer location. In any case, the shipping method used from overseas is express, so the shipping time remains between 15-20 days on average.

Please be aware that as we offer worldwide shipping, depending on the location of the customer the real shipping time could be a few days less or more than what is advertised. 

It is possible to cancel or modify your order as long as it has not shipped! If the order is already in progress, the cancellation fee can be up to 50% of the purchase price. Please refer to our refund policy for more information on the matter.
